Tesla

This was my delivery location for my Telsa Model 3 Performance March 22, 2023. It’s 6 hours from where I live, so I had to rent a car one way to pick up my Tesla. The car is the best car I’ve owned in my life, but I did take off a star for this delivery location because they sold me a car with a warped hood. I requested that it be corrected before taking it home, but they refused and told me I’d have to drive another 4+ hours from home to Santa Rosa to get it fixed. That was a huge shock and shouldn’t have been allowed.

My wife and I stopped by the dealership to enquire about the cyber truck. Spoke with a person who gave us the impression that we were bothering him . He was constantly looking at his laptop and there was no effort on his part to answer the questions. We understand that sometimes dealerships can’t answer our questions, however effort can be made to give good customer service which was not the case in this instance . Very dissatisfied with the customer service that we received . Hope fully it will be better service if we decide to buy a Tesla .

I had an outstanding experience at the Tesla dealer in Rocklin, CA. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire car-buying process a pleasure. They were patient in answering all my questions and guiding me through the available options. Additionally, my new Tesla was delivered right on time, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Consider exercising caution when purchasing a car from this location. There have been instances where they deliberately present vehicles with imperfections in poorly lit areas, making it challenging to notice subpar touch-ups or repair work. With that being said, a special thank you to the delivery team for matching us with another car and staying late to make it possible for us to bring the car home on the same day.

Conveniently located off of the freeway. Brought my car in couple of times for service issue. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although it’s not particularly anyones fault at this site- service appointment time is almost a month out (at least for my case) which is really inconvenient, especially when I had to bring it out 2 times for same issue.

Well to begin with we were offered 13k for our trade in. Checked twice because two weeks prior we were offered 14. So our sales guy submitted us for a Tesla loan, and they came back with 7k. Low mileage and not good condition, but excellent condition. So fine we sold it, and got double teslas offer. We were not particular on the color. As a matter of fact we liked them all actually. My wife said oh reds fine I guess. I asked the sales person what do they have in stock that’s has the features we want. Forget about color. He said we had to order one no matter what. Upon coming back from a test drive another sales guy asked what we wanted, and said hey we have just got than it. Brand new in stock. Exactly what we wanted and no wait. Tesla does not like customers using outside lenders, but after the bait, and switch with the trade in we decided not to use the Tesla financing. Tesla makes it hard to use pre-approved loans outside. They want a cashiers check or a transfer of the full amount on pickup. We worked it out. We love the car, but not Tesla. I’m not done lol. Upon pickup we went to the showroom and they said to go around the side of the building. Fine when we walked in early no one was the yet all 3 associates never looked up, and no greeting. Okay fine I’m big can’t miss me if I step up in front of you. Finally someone helped us. She and my wife went through all the $ transfers. Well not completely. My wife said it will be a minute ( which it was) but the associate said oh take your time, and disappeared for 20-30 minutes. My wife was done in 3. So another guy took over. Basically saw us to the car and took off. Well I do not kno Teslas well. It a paradigm shift for us. They had the hazard lights on, and we could not turn them off. I went back for help, then we could not figure out the windshield wipers, and then because it was raining the car would not move due to some sense error. Went back again, and finally we got a rundown of operation we should have gotten first. Extremely poor customer service. Like the car, but I expected more support for a new Tesla owner. Also we got no floor mats no one told us they did not come with our model.

Tesla announced to reduce their prices in January 2023 till March 31, 2023. Biggest price reduction is $13k on Model Y, 3k on all other Models S,X & 3. I drove by to check out these models especially Model Y. Sales associate was very helpful. Showroom was small but simple, Tesla doesn’t need sales pitch anyway. When you walk in, you know why you are here. Indeed Tesla is leading the EV innovation. Model Y is my favorite :)
